Our 100 year old four generation farm is nestled in the rolling hills of south central Texas among many beautiful oak trees. We invite you to tour our family owned Jersey dairy farm. Visit with the Frerichs family and learn what farming and agriculture is all about. Relax on our porch, pet the animals, watch the chickens roam the farm, have some ice cream and enjoy the countryside.

Saturday, the day of the race, beginning at 7am.
Race waves start at 8:300 A.M.

The Jersey Barnyard is so excited to host the 4rd Annual Gourdy's Pumpkin Run Texas in the great state of TEXAS on Oct. 16,2021!
We have paired it with a Fall Farm Festival that’s packed with activities.
The farm has been in our family for over 100 years. 0ur family and staff have been working incredibly hard to prepare for this event. Here is information on what we have planned for you on our family farm. It will be a busy day for us and a fun day for you. Bring your family and friends and have a DAY ON THE FARM!!

Please note that on Oct. 16, 2021 farm tours will NOT be our normal schedule due to the large number of participants and guests for Gourdy's Pumpkin Run. Guided Tours will resume for the 12:00 and 2:00 tours

Hayride & Cow milking- $5 Picturesque ride on our family farm. 12-2 or with the Guided Tour at 12:00 & 2:00(see pricing for guided tours)
Cow Milking - Try your hand milking ability with one of our super sweet Jersey cows. Milking times posted between the hours of 9-2 or included with the guided tour (see guided tour fees)
7:00 a.m. Farm Food Booth – Coffee & Kolaches, Pig-in-the-blanket
8:00 – 6:00 Barnyard animals open for visiting
